3rd Extravaganza
Next week is our 3rd Extravaganza. Because we have to have a head count to Main Event early, the deadline to turn in your 3rd game card is going to be noon on Wednesday, July 18 to receive a pass. If you turn in your card after that, you will not receive a pass but will still be entered into the prize drawing. On Thursday, July 19 the event starts at 11 a.m. We are going to be split into two groups. The first 50 are going to bowl & eat first. At 12:30 the two groups will switch places. If you arrive late, you may miss out on some of the fun. We will have the drawing at 1:30 so be sure to stick around for that. Be sure to bring extra money if you are going to want to play additional games or want additional snacks.

Okay,I'm confused. Is it July 16th, (A monday..), or is it July 18th, (a wednesday)?
ReplyDeleteSorry about the confusion! The correct date is wednesday, July 18 at noon and the extravaganza is on Thursday the 19th. Thanks for catching that!
