2nd Extravaganza

If you have not turned in your second game card, the deadline is next Monday, July 7 at noon (Groves opens at noon but you will have until 2 p.m. at Groves).

Please RSVP your movie choice to lubbocklibrarysrp@outlook.com, at your library, on the blog, or by calling 775-2838.  Please RSVP as soon as possible so that we can have tickets purchased and ready for you when you come to the extravaganza.

Staff will ONLY be in the lobby during these times to exchange passes for tickets.  If you miss a lobby time, you will need to pick up tickets at another lobby time. 

9:30 to 10:00 a.m.
1:20 to 2:00 p.m.
4:05 to 4:30 p.m.

Here are the titles and times to pick from:

Transformers - PG-13 (around 3 hours with previews)
10:00 a.m. or 2:00 p.m.

Earth to Echo - PG (almost 2 hours with previews)
2:05 or 4:35 p.m.

How to Train Your Dragon - PG (around 2 hours with previews)
4:20 p.m.

Maleficent - PG - (around 2 hours with previews)
4:25 p.m.

If you need a ticket to a show not listed (early morning or night), you can email to make arrangements to pick up tickets for that show during one of the lobby times provided.

    Maxey Park participants are in camp from 7:30-5:30 and will not be able to pick up tickets at lobby times. Is it alright if we send one representative to pick up the tickets, and bring them back to camp to distribute, so the teen participants can attend a movie in the evening?

    I need two tickets for Novelei M. and Brandon U for the 4:35 showing of Earth to Echo. Is it okay to pick up at an earlier lobby time, because we may be running a little late.
